| Sumario: | This article presents reflections about the interdisciplinary work with elderlies, from the vision of the team of professionals of psychology and social assistance of a long-stay institutions for the elderly. Evidences related to the contribution of the interprofessional performance, considering biopsychosocialaspects of the aging, the health promotion and the institutionalization. The results show the benefit of actions in this perspective and the importance of understanding the elderly and the welcoming process in its multiple aspects. |
