description This article is presented as a discussion born at the National University of Cordoba in the context of the Research Network on Gender Differentials in Ibero-American Higher Education at the University of Alicante. The framework project focuses on gender inequalities in the framework of different university careers and, from there, we have advanced in feminist and popular university extension. Here we reflect, from a feminist and decolonial perspective, on the universities we inhabit and the power relations that are manifested there. We address other possible ways of generating and sharing knowledge in the institutional context, with the intention of building and sustaining a university that disputes androcentric, patriarchal, binary and colonial hegemonic knowledge. From an essayistic methodology, and recovering our experience and research in La Red, we address the urgency of critical feminist pedagogies from a global South.

El proyecto emblemático se centra en las desigualdades de género en el marco de las diferentes carreras universitarias y, a partir de ahí, hemos avanzado en la extensión universitaria feminista y popular. Aquí reflexionamos, desde una perspectiva feminista y decolonial, sobre las universidades que habitamos y las relaciones de poder que allí se manifiestan. Abordamos otras formas posibles de generar conocimiento y compartirlo en el contexto institucional, con la intención de construir y sostener una Universidad que cuestione los sentidos del saber hegemónico androcéntrico, patriarcal, binario y colonial.Este artigo é apresentado como uma discussão nascida na Universidade Nacional de Córdoba no contexto da Rede de Pesquisa sobre Diferenciais de Gênero no Ensino Superior Ibero-Americano da Universidade de Alicante. O projeto-quadro se concentra nas desigualdades de gênero no âmbito das diferentes carreiras universitárias e, a partir daí, avançamos na extensão universitária feminista e popular. Aqui refletimos, a partir de uma perspectiva feminista e decolonial, sobre as universidades que habitamos e as relações de poder que se manifestam nelas.
