Sumario:In the present article we seek to analyze a process of Systematization of Experiences that occurred through the movement of writing and rewriting of Experience Reports with a collective of continuing education of Science Teachers that makes use of Research-Formation-Action (IFA) as a model for formation science teachers (IFAC). The research has a qualitative character and the data corpus composed of 14 Experience Reports was analyzed in the light of Textual and Discursive Analysis. The research discussions contemplate the different forms of reflection present in the Experience Reports, as well as the movement of advancement of the investigative professors in their forms of reflection during the process of writing and rewriting of the Experience Reports, identifying possible relationships between the reflective advance and the stages of the self-reflexive spirals of research professors. The results delineate the capacity that the Experience Reports has, allied to a Systematization of Experiences process, to become a space-time of Description for the Analysis/Explanation of the practice, culminating in the awareness of the Emancipation/Criticism in relation to the practice itself: the ability to narrate, learn and graduate at IFAC.
