Description
Summary:The article makes a retrospective on the theme of collective actions, with emphasis on social movements in Brazil, in the last forty, age of the Social Movements Research Center (NPMS) of UFSC, honored with a dossier in the periodic Política Sociedade. At first, a presentation is made contextualizing the scenario of studies and research at the time of creation of the NPMS and then three points are addressed: First: it characterizes the subjects on the scene, their demands and the debates that occurred in the last two decades of the twentieth century. Third: the longest is on a current theme - a review of the 'Ten Years of June 2013', addressing the meaning of that event in the field of civil associations, according to different perspectives. The article is also a retrospective of my work and approaches in this period.
