| Sumario: | This study aims to analyze the available literature on nursing care in high-risk prenatal care with an emphasis on gestational diabetes. A literature review was conducted using the acronym PICo, which were used concomitantly with keywords and descriptors. They attribute P (population) high-risk prenatal care, I (intervention) nursing attribution and Co (context) gestational diabetes. The databases were: LILACS, Scielo, Ministry of Health, Nursing Library (BDENF) and Medline resulting in 2,133 studies identified. After applying the exclusion and inclusion criteria, following a detailed analysis, 14 articles remained. The studies highlighted the importance of prenatal nursing to reduce GDM cases, highlighting periodic exams, reception and health education. |
