| Sumario: | The approach in which the agents exploit user profiles to provide personalized, context-aware assistance, is described. Existing personal agents have concentrated on obtaining user preferences with respect to a computer application. Personal agents are computer programs that learn user's interests, preferences, and habits and give them proactive, personalized assistance with a computer application. It is recommended that the developers must also provide a way for users to give the agent simple, useful, and explicit feedback, and control and inspect agent behavior. |
