It should be pointed out that appart from a few instances of surgery on the bifid glans or scrotum this is probably the first time that systematized penectomy appears. La duplicación de pene constituye una rareza. En toda la bibliografía, no hay d.escritos más de 60 casos. Se hace la revisión de los mismos y se comunical los dos primer,os de duplicación de pene compieta o ver· dad,era en nuestro medio, catalogando un caso anterior de Bauzá depene único, bifurcado, como seudo-bifalismo. Se enumeran los exámenes génito-urinarios y estudios r;diológicos del tubo digestivo, aparato cardiovascular y sistema esquelético que sedeben practicar en estos pacientes por la frecuente asociación con otras malformaciones en ellos.
