Massive gastrointestinal bleeding due to duodenal ulcer: its treatment by direct hemostasis, vagotomy and pyloroplasty

A survey 15 carried out of 15 · cases of bleeding duodenal ulcus in which direct hemostasis, pyloroplasty and vagotomy were performed. Following a discussion of the involvedprocedures, a number of conclusions are drawn.
