| Sumario: | by means of videosurgery is one of the presentchallenges far laparoscopic biliar surgery. The authorsanalyse the incidence of lithiasis of the MBV in a series of425 laparoscopic cholecystectomies carried out at theHospital Italiano and Hospital Español in Montevideobetween May 1991 and May 1994 and present theirstudy and treatment in the pre, intra and postoperativephases. They discuss the use of retrograde endoscopiccholangiopancreatography and transcysticcholangiography. They a/so present differentlaparoscopic techniques far the extrae/ion of choledocianstones and propase an algorythm far stydy andtreatment. The authors believe that future tendencies wi/1consist of laparoscopic treatment of biliar lithiasis (gal/bladder and choledocian) in a single stage whereintraoperative echography, transcystic extrae/ion ofcholedocian stones and transcystic anterogradepapillotomy wi/1 possibly have an importan/ place. |
