| Resumo: | Jejunal by-pass is a technique used only in exceptional circumstances, in surgery requiring biliary shunts. It can be made on a diverticular loop, in Roux's Y or in omega, or on an isolated loop, whether pedicled or not.It has eiection indication for Billroth II gastrectomized or patients with ulcerogenous diathesis, as a solution to error in mounting Hivet-Warren's modified loop in sone neoplasic jaundices and in ampullar operative traumas. |
