Sumario:Discussion of the management, diagnosis and treatmentof esophagic perforations based on tour cases incervical and superior mediastinum topographic location.Stressed is the prevision value -evidenced by alower morbimortality- of early diagnosis and treatment,specially if effected within the first twenty-fourhours. Surgical treatment is fundamental and must beupholded by a correct metabolonutritional backingextra -oral, plus an adequate antibiotic therapy- forpolymicrobial flora.
