Metodologia: A tecnologia Blockchain vem do campo da informática e, assim, será analisada e estudada com a ideia de aproveitar suas oportunidades científicas em setores inusitados. Em seguida, será realizada uma busca e investigação de casos práticos relacionados ao objeto de estudo. Resultados: identifica-se o surgimento de novos modelos de negócios associados a diferentes formas de consumo. Destaca principalmente uma polêmica a respeito da propriedade intelectual e sua consequente gestão. Discussão: os chamados NFTs se apresentam como mídias digitais únicas reguladas justamente pela tecnologia blockchain. Atualmente, este tipo de formato de criação artística é utilizado como forma de atingir novos públicos e promover a identidade da obra artística. Conclusões: a irrupção de novos processos requer certos tempos de assimilação. | Sumario: | For some time now, the film industry has been generating new processes in the value chain thanks to the emergence of new technologies such as blockchain. Blockchain technology comes from the IT field and is analysed in this article with the aim of identifying and reflecting on the new business models that this technology entails. In this sense, it analyses how NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), unique digital media regulated precisely through blockchain technology, are breaking into artistic and cinematographic creation formats, thereby reaching new audiences. This raises controversies regarding intellectual property and its subsequent management. As a result of the research carried out, with a positive assessment and an openness to new forms of production, it was discovered that the emergence of new processes requires some time for assimilation, while transparency in management, the degree of knowledge and handling of technology and mistrust are aspects observed among users. |
