| Resumo: | The authors present three cases of biliar i/eusdiagnosed and treated.at the Servicio de Cirugía at the Primera Cátedra de Clínica Quirúrgica between December 1976 andAugust 1997, over a total of 3695 patients withbiliar lithiasis. Enterolitotomy was performedin two patients; one of them is alive and we/1;the other, who underwent biliodigestivederivation six months later, died 14 years laterdue to septic complications of an hepaticabscess, and the third underwententerolitotomy with fistula correction, dyingeight days later due to pulmonarytromboembolism. Emphasis is made ondiagnosis and time/y treatment.Final/y applicability of different therapeuticaloptions is discussed. |
