Descripción
Sumario:This work contains the author's paper prepared for the International Congress of Philosophy and is presented as a pioneer in the field of legal logic. The author refers that the word "logic" must be redefined to include the norm in its content. He proposes the notions of "logic of being" and "logic of duty to be" to differentiate the logic of propositions from the logic of norms. In this sense, the author argues that the logic of norms is linked to the duty to be, since norms prescribe behavioral patterns. Likewise, the author analyzes the understanding of legal logic and propositional logic as isomorphic and the implications of such action. Finally, the article includes the author's reflections on this paper and his current views on legal logic.
