description Esta investigación indagó sobre las manifestaciones de la inmovilidad tónica en mujeres víctimas de violencia sexual, se utilizó tres fuentes de información que se triangularon para su análisis, de 06 revistas científicas mediante el programa Maxqda, la observación y registro en fichas del comportamiento de 18 víctimas de violencia sexual, y las conclusiones de 16 informes psicológicos forenses referidos a la inmovilidad tónica entre los años 2016 al 2020. Se realizó la sistematización de información y en ese proceso se estableció que la inmovilidad tónica tiene tres manifestaciones: cognitivo, conductual y emocional, siendo ellas dinámicas en su exposición. Además, se pudo describir las manifestaciones de cada uno de los componentes pudiendo operacionalizar e identificarlos para generar parámetros de estudio científico, estos componentes de la inmovilidad tónica se manifiestan principalmente en los casos estudiados como una manifestación emocional y conductual, asimismo la revisión documental nos indica que las manifestaciones cognitivas, como recuerdos intrusivos, pensamiento atencional alterado, alteración de percepción descritas por los evaluadores y teóricos están ligadas a la afectación psicológica y daño psíquico que se mantiene y sostiene en el tiempo en víctimas de violencia sexual.
