Sumario:Abstract Objetive: The main objective of this thesis was to determine how recognition and remuneration intervene in the rotation of dental surgeons in a dental clinic in Metropolitan Lima 2018. Methodology: The type of research carried out was transversal, analytical and prospective with a non-experimental design. The study population consisted of 42 dentist from the dental office. A non-probabilistic sample of intentional type was selected, considering all dentist since the population is small. The technique and instrument was a file data I collected, which was completed according to the information founded in the files of the dentist provided by the Human Resources area. The statistical test applied was Chi Square with a significance level of p <0.05. Results: It was determined that non of both recognition and remuneration are significant factors in the rotation of dentist. It should be noted that within the results it was found that dentist prefer a variable remuneration system and that factor does influence rotation especially in 2018 where resignations increased at the dental office.
