La tesis consistirá en idear, planificar, desarrollar, gestionar y evaluar todos los aspectos que implican el desarrollo exitoso del Proyecto Inmobiliario Copacabana, para lo cual se hará uso de las herramientas necesarias, iniciando con el estudio de mercado de la zona de Magdalena del Mar, obteniendo información de la oferta existente y de la demanda en la zona y sus preferencias, para identificar al mercado meta al que irá dirigido nuestro producto, con el objetivo de respaldar la ubicación, identificando y acentuando las fortalezas y visualizando las posibles debilidades y amenazas, para aprovechar las oportunidades que se presenten para el proyecto.
