La actividad registral en nuestro pais se enmarca dentro de dicha tendencia, es decir que los pronunciamientos se efectúen teniendo en cuenta el derrotero que va marcando el Tribunal Registral a través de los plenos de observancia obligatoria asi como de las resoluciones que sin tener aún dicho caracter tienen carácter de reiterantes. En la presente investigación abarcaremos como el trafico jurídico exige el mayor de los controles y como ocurre en la calificación registral, asi como la coherencia y uniformidada de las decisiones, ello se puede lograr cuando existe predictibilidad en las decisiones como ocurre en la actividad registral.
