Hepatitis B: clinical laboratory diagnosis and follow-up

The aim of this article is to make a general review of the biochemical, hematological tests and the serological and molecular markers useful in the diagnosis andfollow-up of hepatitis B, with particular emphasis on the interpretation and the appropriate clinicopathological correlation.
