La población estuvo conformada por 249 docentes de las 11 Instituciones Educativas de la Red 15, del distrito de Comas y la muestra fue censal. Se empleó como técnica de recopilación de datos la encuesta, que hizo uso como instrumento dos cuestionarios: un cuestionario sobre motivación docente y el otro sobre desempeño docente. La validez de contenido de ambos cuestionarios fue a través del juicio de expertos con un resultado de aplicable y su confiabilidad mediante la prueba Alfa de cronbach, cuyo valor fue 0,913 para motivación docente (20 ítems) y 0,905 para clima organizacional (21 ítems). Los resultados de la investigación demuestran que existe relación positiva (r=0,681 ) y significativa (p=0,000) en el nivel de correlación moderada entre motivación docente y el clima organizacional, en las Instituciones Educativas de la Red 15, del distrito de Comas
