Resumo:Criminal Compliance is an emerging issue in Peru, since its development and implementation in Law 30424 in 2016. And it is due to such premature condition that after years of its enactment, certain deficiencies can be observed in the results obtained.That is why the author, in this article is responsible for analyzing the regulation, along with the development and implementation of the same in this period. It raises the different theoretical points that affect the usefulness of the regulations, and that represent the need for a reform that provides the necessary tools to legal entities for a correct implementation of criminal compliance.
