Descripción
Sumario:This study assesses the effectiveness of programs aimed at preventing and legally addressing sexual violence in Ecuadorian educational institutions. A quantitative and descriptive approach is employed, using surveys to collect data from parents whose children have been victims of sexual violence. The results indicate that legal assistance programs increase formal reports and provide emotional support to victims. The need for comprehensive programs is emphasized, and improvements in preventive measures and legal procedures are proposed. The study underscores the importance of legal counseling in combating sexual violence in educational contexts in Ecuador.
