Sumario:The research determined as a general objective the relationship between the purchasing processes and the supply of medicines in the Loreto - Nauta Health Network, likewise, I took the type of study as descriptive - correlational and non-experimental design, where it was included as a study population. to 52 collaborators, for data collection the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Therefore, the investigation concludes that the purchase process is qualified as regular, since the inventory of all the products that are in stock is rarely carried out, likewise, the institution rarely requires suppliers to deliver the supplies. Under the strict technical specifications, a procurement table is never drawn up to determine the exact quantity to be requested. In addition, the manual of good storage practices is never taken into account and compliance with the conditions specified in the contract is rarely evaluated. . On the other hand, the drug supply variable is perceived as regular, since the management of essential drugs is sometimes effective for patients, likewise, drugs are sometimes stored properly, as well as the organization of drugs. inside the warehouse rarely facilitates its rapid accessibility, on the other hand, the distribution of medicines sometimes follows a set schedule. Likewise, it was established that the purchasing process is related to the supply of medicines, which has been contrasted with a significance of 0.01 and a correlation coefficient (rho) of 0.776, as it was also established that planning, acquisition and performance are are significantly and considerably related to the supply of medicines.
