El análisis de los resultados revela que el 50,7% de los empleados vinculados con la gestión administrativa y la satisfacción de los usuarios de la MPCP percibieron una relación moderada entre ambas variables. La prueba de hipótesis arrojó un valor de Rho de 0.667 y una significancia bilateral menor a 0.000, lo cual indica una alta correlación positiva.
