We present the first report in Peru on this surgical procedure in a patient with breast cancer treated with neoadjuvanttherapy, where we describe the surgical technique and the anatomopathological and aesthetic results.La cirugía endoscópica ha permitido realizar múltiples tipos de abordajes mínimamente invasivos, incluyendo, actualmente, la cirugía de mamas, una técnica común en países asiáticos. Dentro de las opciones quirúrgicas se incluye la cirugía preservadora de piel y pezón por puerto único, la cual es reportada como oncológicamente segura y bien tolerada.
