Resumo:Objective: Determine the relationship between quality of care in Humanized Childbirth and satisfaction of postpartum women at the Hipolito Unanue Hospital in Tacna. Method: Non- experimental, relational, prospective cross-sectional study. Two questionnaires were applied to a sample of 193 immediate postpartum women, in the period from January to June 2023. The statistical analysis was carried out using the chi-square statistical test. Results: 56.99% expressed good quality of care and adequate satisfaction of 55.4%, there being a significant relationship between quality of care and satisfaction in postpartum women treated at the hospital level (p=0.019), it was also found that there is relationship between the quality of care and Infrastructure (p.=
