Incentive to legality or impunity? About the exemption of liability for reverting voluntarily the infraction
This article discusses the provision established in the General Administrative Procedure Law, which exempts any private party from being sanctioned for committing an administrative infraction if it proves that it has reverted the effects of its conduct before.
