Sumario:The purpose was to establish how the creation and the financing system are associated with the internal democracy of political parties in the regulatory framework of Peru 2021. Developed under a quantitative-qualitative approach. Descriptive, correlational design. The sample consisted of 268 people affiliated with political parties. Among the results, according to 64.6% of the people interviewed, the affiliation requirements of political parties are not adequate because the minimum number of members required for registration, and the statutes of the party to which they belong are not relevant. For 71.3%, membership in the political party is not appropriate. For their part, 94.4% of those interviewed indicated that private financing sources are not efficient. According to 94% of those interviewed, state or public financing of political parties is not efficient. For 88.4% of those surveyed, the transparency and accountability of the parties are not adequate because, they consider that, the standards established for accountability and transparency in the financing of political parties are not specific. . For 88.8%, the internal organization of the parties is not always adequately presented. According to 67.9%, there is not always internal participation within political parties. The creation of political parties is associated with the internal democracy of the parties. This information was contrasted with interviews conducted with experts and leaders of the main political parties in Peru.
