Clinically this disease remains asymptomatic during early stages, but due to adrenal function loss symptoms become insidious and gradual, mostly unspecific. We report two cases of female patients with clinical symptoms of chronic bilateral primary adrenal insufficiency with active tuberculosis infection by histopathology.
