Sumario:The study evaluates the degree of relationship that exists between the Job Satisfaction and the Organizational Commitment of the personnel that works at the national level in the Dean of Student Affairs of the Universidad Especializada de las Americas (UDELAS), for this a survey has been applied to the 67 collaborators to obtain an understanding of the staff situation and propose a documented and feasible proposal that can be accepted by the administration of the institution. It was found that between Satisfaction and Commitment there is no relationship and only a positive relationship is evidenced in the hypothesis that associates the retribution dependence with job satisfaction. No relationship was found between other independent and dependent variables. It is concluded by presenting the proposal to increase the physical spaces in a period of three years, implement a training program according to their aspirations and equalization of the remuneration, observing case by case.
