| Resumo: | The evolution of the different judiciary organs of the Republic from 1826 to 1996 is exposed, making emphasis on the evolution of the first circuit of the Judicial Power of the Federation. Through the study of each judiciary organ in several states of the Republic in the different federal periods, we understand how the first circuit of the Judicial Power of the Federation emerged; likewise, we understand the challenges the Judicial Power of the Federation is confronted to. |
