| Sumario: | Introduction: mHealth has contributed in recent years as a fundamental element in healthcare'spresent and future. Furthermore, health apps open the door to new opportunities to facechallenges such as prevention, assistance and sustainability of health systems. Objective: To determine the accessibility in mobile's application use to provide home care by nurses in thepopulation in Santiago de Querétaro and San Juan del Río municipalities. Methodology:Quantitative-descriptive cross-sectional research, composed by 359 participants. An experts-reviewed questionnaire was used, submitted to the approval by the Research and BioethicsCommittee, in addition to an informed consent. It was analysed using the IBM SPSS Statisticsprogram, 25 version. Results: The Vital Signs Measurement service ranked 69.9%, Injection59.3% and Elderly Care 53.2%. The estimated price for Elderly Care per hour 35.9%, Child Careper hour 35.4% and Intravenous Hydration 33.7% predominates "Between $201 - $250", forInjection "Less than $50" 38.4% and Wound Healing "Less than $200" 30.4%. Personneltransportation "More than $70" 30.6%. For Safe Contact was 88.3% and the Utility to request aprofessional through a mobile app 87.1%. Conclusions: The impact of a nursing home servicemobile application generated great interest, due to the fact that it would cover the need of areliable, fast and safe service as it is an innovative application oriented to home health. |
