| Sumario: | The article deals about a problem in which involved as central actor drug trafficking. So part of the formation when the Sicilian mafia criminals began in these business and updates on the introduction in late 60's years when raising the Latin American mafia. From his ethics perspective I propose three stages: the regulation with risk of a corrupt State that continue more involved in these businesses; or continue the false fight against “narco” that having at risk our security. Or the State search to restore our community broke from his bases, while the people are leading to fall into the drugs. |
