| Sumario: | An effort must be made to understand the major transformations taking place during the course ofthe second half of the 20th and present Century –the fall of the Soviet Union, September 11, and the current global economic crisis. We must be cautious and assess whether these events havealtered the essence of the capitalist system or perhaps have bolstered its basic laws, in particular those of the working world. We support the latter case, because today the social metabolism of the capitalist system is entirely universal. |
