| Resumo: | This paper attempts to reflect on the behavior of migrant families from the perspective of women, differentiating indigenous from non-indigenous. It is estimated that of the total number of families with migrants, the proportion of families receiving remittances oscillates around 30%, but not only that, but the reception of remittances is not regular, hence the need for families with migrants to enter the labour market. Once the hypothesis has been rethought, the composition of the family and the dependency ratio are analyzed, differentiating between families with migrants and families without migrants, indigenous and non-indigenous. |
