Resumo:The objective of the following article arises from the commitment to citizenship regarding the importance of the rights to divorce and the family that exist among Mexican citizens in civil matters. Where to form a family is the natural and fundamental element, giving repercussions in the formalization of divorce in society during marriage and in dissolution. This document was constructed based on a qualitative approach with a descriptive, analytical and axiological scope; that allowed to understand.
