Sumario:This work , coordinated by Gerardo Torres Salcido and Rosa Maria Torres Larroa, is divided into four parts: the first, dedicated to reviewing the status of Localized Agrifood Systems ( SIAL ); the second deals with the "Quality certifications" and put under his gaze to four case studies: two in Mexico, one in Argentina and the fourth in Spain; The third part concerns the "territorial identity of artisanal cheeses", and the fourth and last part, refers to" Collective action and institutions in the integration of the territory.
