Sumario:Introduction. Leadership processes in nursing around the world, including Latin America, have constantly been present, and represented by organizational areas such as the International Council of Nurses – ICN as well as Federations and Associations. Body. The advances in each of the countries of the territory have arisen in diverse periods. Brazil, Colombia and Mexico in the first half of the 20th century and the rest of the nations after the 50s. In all the organizations an aspect of importance is the management, boosted by the National Associations of Nursing, Federations and Schools, likewise these areas have recognized the most recent emergence of societies, organizations and groups which in a cooperative and/or independent way, work in favor of nursing in each region. The new age of information and communication technologies that move the world, lead us to active virtual and networked organizations.  Growing Up Foundation (2015- 2019) has generated new strategies to contribute to the dynamics of permanent change from management, transformation, research and social development in the nursing performance and supplies us to the spot called U-Nursing Latam campaign. Conclusion. The dynamics of open, flexible, democratic and participative networks are current trends which provide us with areas to grow and transcend, accepting the needs to strengthen the capabilities each of the nurses possess, commencing from their own life experiences.
