Sumario:In this contribution, we study the scattering and absorption sections of the Hayward black hole surrounded by quintessence. Itshows how the behavior of the classical and semi-classical scattering cross sections is modified by varying the value of the normalization factor dependent on the quintessence density. In addition, the absorption section is studied with the sinc approximation inthe eikonal limit. In both cases, the quintessence state parameter is considered in the particular cases ω = −2/3 and ω = −4/9.
