Descrição
Resumo:The present project consisted of the realization of a system of absorption of electromagnetic radiations at different frequencies, which range from ultraviolet to infrared. Said system consists of a systematic combination of three different films of titanium dioxide doped with europium, silver and manganese ions each respectively. The films were prepared by the sol-gel method from titanium isopropoxide, acetic acid and ethanol as precursors and europium nitrate, silver chloride and manganese sulfate as dopant salts. Subsequently, the "Dip-Coating" immersion technique was used to be deposited on silica substrates with a thermal treatment of the films and powders obtained at temperatures of 400, 500 and 600 ° C; for further evaluation and study in order to determine its properties and determine the feasibility of being used as a luminescent solar concentration device. The evaluation of the powders obtained was carried out using the infrared spectroscopy technique by the Fourier Transform (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the combinations of films will be evaluated by the techniques of ultraviolet spectroscopy (UV-VIS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), being analyzed the powders and films obtained from the thermal treatment.
