| Sumario: | Many programmable logic controller (PLCs) are available in today´s market. The international norm IEC 61131-3 is a standard fopr PLCs software development and usage. Nevertheless, Siemens, a major manufacturer of PLCs applies the norm IEC 61131-3 in its programming software only partly and is not able to do object oriented programming (OOP). The goal of this master thesis is to find out a strategy to transfer OOP code from CoDeSys V3.5 to Siemens TIA portal V13 applying the norm IEC 61131-3 :2013. The Master project was carried out at Wilhelm Dömmer un Söhne (WIDOS), which develops a re-engineering project for their machines . In this thesis a new strategy was developed to overcome this problem. Firstly., Model Bases System Engineering (MBSE) was used for an object oriented design of the project in SysML. Secondly, the Model was applied with CoDeSys, a programming software able to do OOP that fulfils the norm IEC 61131-3. Finally, the transfer strategy was applied using the Siemens PLC F1-1200 programmed in Structured Control Languaje (SCL). The result is a package of transfer rules to reuse programming modules converting code from CoDeSys to Siemens TIA Portal. |
