Descripción
Sumario:Since the electoral reform established in the year of 1977, there have been three processes of federal electoral redistricting, based fundamentally in the article 53 of the Mexican Constitution, and complemented with a series of criteria defined in each of the processes. The criteria analysis and computing tools used in each of the previous districting, coupled with the knowledge related to the fixing of the federal districts from previous years, allows to have an understanding of the general panorama of the federal district evolution and the attachment to international criteria for the delimitation of the uninominal constituencies. Also the analysis of the lack of balance of population between federal entities and also between the actual federal districts makes possible the elaboration of a diagnosis of the actual districting, this with the objective of reconfiguring the electoral spaces for the federal deputies elections in the processes for the years 2015, 2018 and 2021.
