Sumario:This paper analyzes the evolution of the internal and external, focusing on presidential terms of Vicente Fox, Felipe Calderon Hinojosa and Enrique Peña Nieto. It aims to analyze the dynamics of the debt as is clear from the information available the subject. It was considered useful to establish the main features before undertaking an analysis that considers their various relationships with other aspects of reality. However, one section presents the conceptual framework that allows us to place the issue in the context that seems appropriate.
