Sumario:Mental hygiene comes to starting the separationand classification of the concept of mental health,specifying that it is set of activities that the humanbeing who needs to be in balance biopsychosocial.Mental health in nursing students FES-Iztacala, it isinterrupted by the stress they are subjected duringtheir  academic  development.Objective: Analyzethe  experiences  of  university  students  related  tomental health, in clinical modules.Methodology:Qualitative, descriptive research. For data collectionwas conducted a semistructured interview and aguide to questions related to the object of study,same  as  it  was  recorded,  involving  four  womenand two male students of Nursing, the analysis wascarried out according used the steps proposed byKrugger.Findings: Four categories were detected:experiences, feelings, emotions, health problems anddisorders in interpersonal relations.Conclusion:In clinical modules mental hygiene activities carried outby students decreased or were zero, directly affectingthe physical and emotional state.
