Descripción
Sumario:The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the entry of consumers into electronic commerce (e-commerce), which has become an opportunity to expand the market for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The present investigation was of a non-experimental nature, of a descriptive-correlational type with a cross-sectional design. The main findings reveal that as the age of entrepreneurs increases, the importance of e-commerce decreases. Furthermore, as the age of entrepreneurs increases, it is less likely that they will use e-commerce in their SMEs. Concluding that entrepreneurs who give more importance to e-commerce are more likely to implement this online business model in their SMEs.
