| Sumario: | The municipality of Bahia de Banderas is recognized by the natural beauties that account, in the last three decades has had an intense tourism development, has opted to invest in this sector as a means of development, thus experiencing an accelerated and disorderly urban growth process, coupled with population growth, hence the importance of analyzing the changes that have suffered the coverage and land use in the municipality. In order to improve spatial resolution, such images were previously fused. This was possible employing the classification of coverage and land user elaborated by INEGI and with a supervised method using images from Landsat satellite of 2000, 2005,2010 and 2015 years, land coverage/use was determinated, in order to improve the resolution spatial and spectral, these images were previously fused. With the results, a transition matrix was constructed with which the changes, exchanges and transitions between the classes of land cover/use were calculated: Multiple regression analyzes are applied for each coverage in order to explain how urban-tourism development influences each of them. |
