Sumario:Introduction: Malocclusions can be the result of dental problems, skeletal problems or a combination of both. These can be prevented in the mixed dentition stage; To know the size of the teeth to erupt we used mixed dentition analyzes. However, these may not be effective if they are applied to a population other than the one that was performed. Material and methods: Descriptive, transversal, non-experimental investigation. Descriptive statistics were calculated, Student's t-test was used to compare the first left and right lower first molars. The mixed dentition analysis was designed by Delgado Gutiérrez (DG), the formula was applied to the 500 study models, the result was bought with the segments formed by canines and upper and upper premolars by means of a Student t test. Results: We compared the lower left and right first molars and there were no differences. It was found that there are no differences in the erupted premolars and dumbbells with the results of the DG analysis.
