Sumario:Although it seems to be an arduous task to identify the origins of the science of Constitutional Procedural Law, and leaving aside the historical background that apparently could go back to ancient Greece, we can deduce that constitutional justice appears naturally As conflicts of normative hierarchy arise in the British colonies of America, between the new colonial right and the British Constitution that continue to apply judges, it seems logical that the law should not contradict the Constitution. However, in my opinion, there are two antecedents, arising in the Common Law system, which give support to our Law.
