Sumario:The work treats with the behaviour of the cosmic ray fluctuation power spectrum in the frequency range below 10-4Hz inferred from ground-based observations of the neutron and ionizing components. An attempt is made to describe the observed rearrangement of the fluctuation spectrum using changes in the value of the cosmic ray anisotropy and the rearrangement of the IMF inhomogeneity spectrum.
