Sumario:Dolores Bolio is one of the most important Mexican writers of the first half of the twentieth century, despite these documentary sources on her life story are few and the studies of her work are scarce. Through the presentation of eight letters and an unpublished photograph it has made available to readers and researchers, some new historical sources to increase our knowledge about the life of this important author. The publication of textual or graphic documents on Yucatecan writers, can make them visible in their social, cultural or political context, and gives us more tools to integrate them so fully to our historical overview of regional literature.
